Papa Bear Blueberry Muffins

Destiny likes to cuddle with the cute story of Goldilocks.   The story ends with everyone eating blueberry muffins.  Now Destiny like to help bake these and enjoy them with a glass of raw cow milk and cuddle with story.  They are also great with a bowl of homemade milk kefir and blueberries.  This was the kids idea.

Ingredients:
2 Cups sprouted flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup milk
2 Tbslp sorghum
2 Tbsp Rapadura
6 Tbsp melted butter
1 egg
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Mix together flour with salt, baking powder and cinnamon.  Blend the rest of the ingredients, except blueberries.  Combine dry and wet ingredients.   Lastly, combine the blueberries.  Fill muffin cups and bake about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
Makes 12 yummy muffins.
Since we don't have a stove oven, we bake al kinds of baked goods in our small toaster oven.  These silicone muffin cups stand alone and don't need a tray and don't stick.
